Cocolife’s Colors of Life 2009 Call for Entries

COCOLIFE, the country’s first ISO Certified life insurance company and COCOLIFE HEALTHCARE, the country’s first ISO Certified HMO product, call all young and talented artists to join the 3rd Colors of Life – a nationwide students’ visual arts competition.

This year’s theme is “Health is Wealth”.

COCOLIFE and COCOLIFE Healthcare believe that the true foundation of a prosperous existence is the soundness of the mind, the strength of the body and the wellness of being.

PRIZES
1. First prize winners (from each category) will receive Php 15,000.00, a specially designed Cocolife Trophy, a Cocolife Personal Accident Shield Insurance worth Php 500,000.00 and exclusive Cocolife Items.
Three (3) runners-up (from each category) will receive Php 10,000.00, a Cocolife trophy, a Cocolife Personal Accident Shield Insurance worth Php 250,000 and exclusive Cocolife Items.

2. All participating schools will be given a Certificate of Appreciation.

3. All qualified participating artists will be given a Certificate of Participation and a personal accident insurance coverage from Cocolife.

CATEGORIES
1. This competition has three (3) categories:
A. Grade School
B. High School
C. College Level

2. COLORS OF LIFE is an open medium competition. This simply means that the artist participant has the creative freedom to choose the medium in which he wishes to participate.

Water Color
The surface to be used for this category must be watercolor paper or illustration board.
The size of the artwork must not be more than 4 ft (w) x 3 ft. (h) (unframed).

Oil/Acrylic
The surface to be used for this category must either be canvas, canvas paper, or wood
The size of the artwork must not be more than 4 ft (w) x 3 ft. (h) (unframed).

*Entries may be submitted to all Cocolife branches nationwide starting February 16, 2009 until April 30, 2009.
*Entries sent via standard registered package or by courier must be postmarked April 28, 2009.
